  10.     JLBANK can be helpful for you, if you want to run a chargeable BBS.
  11.     It handles for each GT-User a JLBANK-record. As a front door before
  12.     entering your GT-BBS, JLBANK will display some informations about
  13.     the current GT User and how much money he has left and if he has
  14.     to pay some more money, because his account has been expired. JLBANK
  15.     handles all necessary actions automatically. Test it.
  16.  
  17.     JLBANK is for the use with a chargeable BBS.  Every User has an account
  18.     and can inspect his statement of account. He is able to send another
  19.     user some BBS-UNITS (BBS-Money). Every month will this module charge
  20.     off the monthly contribution of the MailBox(*). If the Module don't
  21.     know the user, it asks for some informations. JLBANK stores all these
  22.     informations in JLBANK.CTL and JLREMIT.CTL. Please set up M4= in
  23.     JL.CNF.

  27.     BANK:
  28.  
  29.        ZAP... Sets Amount of All USERs to Zero and the Passwords
  30.               to 'KEINES'. Resets all other fields too excluding
  31.               the names.

  33.     You can use this module also, if you distribute GT or a
  34.     Companion Program or any other Prg. You give your registered
  35.     Program Users the possibility to send you eg. a check over
  36.     100 Dollar, although one copy costs eg. 10 Dollar. Every time
  37.     a new version is available, you send him a copy and takes
  38.     the money from his BBS-Bank-Account. If there is no more money
  39.     at this account, you write the User a MSG, that he can
  40.     send another check to you or the MCS is doing for you.

  42.        NOTICE:  ■ There is NO possibility to get a forgotten Psw.
  43.                 ■ The data is crypted.
  44.                 ■ It's only a beta Version and it is VERY slow.

  46.     To install your SN, enter the [B]ank Menue and choose
  47.     [I]nstall SN. You must have BANK Director level. Otherwise
  48.     you should [C]hange your level and enter [M]ember.

  50.     If you start JLBANK the first time, it will ask you for the BANK
  51.     Password. Keep this password in mind, because if you want to do
  52.     something within the high security area of JLBANK, you will need
  53.     this password.
  54.  
  55.     If you run JLBANK, it reads GTUSER.BBS and checks, if the
  56.     specified user has already his JLBANK Record. If not, JLBANK
  57.     will ask several questions. If JLBANK finds the actual logged
  58.     on user, it will ask for his JLBANK Password. This password can
  59.     be different from his password within GT. If JLBANK doesn't
  60.     accept your password, you should check, if GTUSER stores your
  61.     name. Make sure, that the name of the person, who is running
  62.     JLBANK, is specified in GTUSER.BBS. Read GENERAL.HLP for more
  63.     informations. If the username within GTUSER.BBS can't be
  64.     found within the JLBANK database, it will will ask for his
  65.     name. If this name doesn't match the username within GTUSER.BBS
  66.     JLBANK will continue asking for his name and will display the
  67.     message 'You are not logged on with that name.'.

  120.     you can select [2] to read and execute the file REMIT.TXT in
  121.     JLPATH and do all these remittions. There are four fields delimited

  136.     If you get money from a user, then pls enter JLBANK /!003 and
  137.     go to the director menue. Then enter b. If you enter the
  138.     amount and the name of the person, from whom you received
  139.     the money, JLBANK will add this amount to the account of
  140.     this user and will substract the same amount from BANK.
  141.     If you leave this menue and if you then change the record
  142.     of the receiver, you will see, that JLBANK updated the fields
  143.     LAST PAYED AT and LAST PAYED AMOUNT automatically.
